That is good to know. The point of the young earth creationist section of this blog post was to point out how I got bamboozled into believing in young Earth creationist arguments and what was wrong with them. You still here these arguments and they fool people. It is good they are trying to move away from them.

Thank you so much for your kind words Debbie. Yes it’s not good that some scientific issues have become political. We should go by the scientific findings. I am hoping to add lots of different “super facts”. I’ve only done 7 out of the 150 suggestions I’ve come up with and I am hoping for suggestions. So I should probably hurry up.

I admire your candor in admitting you were wrong about evolution and climate change. It’s a conservative trait to downplay the latter, while liberals are always sounding the alarm. I too am a liberal, but admit to thinking it may be somewhat exaggerated for political purposes. Obviously not the case, as the evidence is palpable. Looking forward to reading more!

Thank you so much for your kind words Diane. Yes even if we suddenly stopped emitting greenhouse gases now it might get worse and take a long while to settle back to normal. The good news is that we are in the process of improving and have had some success even though it is slow. The projections seem to indicate that we will not destroy civilization even though things may get tough for our grand children. Well unless our politicians go back to using every fossil fuel there is, then it may be worse than “tough”.

What a wonderful characteristic. A key ingredient to learning, discovery, inventiveness, and pursuing the truth. The impact of climate change is hard to ignore these days. I worry that even if we humans dramatically change our ways, it will take decades for the planet to repair itself. Humans aren’t known for patience or sacrifice – even for their great grandchildren. Thanks for your research!

Yes, I would have liked them, but it wasn’t in my stars.

That is quite interesting. Yes regular newsmedia is not that reliable. Thank you so much for your advice and encouragement. I certainly welcome any suggestions for “super facts”.

Amazingly, I passed the courses. But archeology and research are a staple for me. You mentioned media. I gave up on it a couple of years ago when I was doing research for a political thriller. I was deeply disturbed by what I found. To this day, I don’t believe anything I see on the news (Right- or Left-leaning) without researching the topic myself. I welcome your findings of super facts and wish you all the best, Thomas. I know I will learn a lot.
